"The door is open..." Journal Mug
Handmade one of a kind ceramic piece.
Hand built mug with a hand written journal entry written around it.
Journal entry reads: “The door is open in the living room, and the breeze smells like cold wet leaves. You know the smell. There are a few different birds calling, morning gossip no doubt. Dogs are barking too, fuzzy with distance. The lumber yard a few doors down provides its signature creaks and moans of labored machinery, and heavy premature landings. The morning symphony that I know and love. Un-oiled squeaks of school bus wheels grinding to a halt. The sticky door breaks its suction to open. Sleepy kids marching in aimless driveway circles, crunching on peanut butter toast, waiting for their ride.”
Food safe. Hand washing strongly recommended to prevent any cracking of the glaze over time.
Holds approx. 9.5 fl. oz.
